Dôme 5

Bel accueil de Jo-Anne. Elle nous a montré le fonctionnement du spa en premier. Par la suite, le fonctionnement de la thermopompe avec le poêle à granules. Notre première fois dans un dôme. Magnifique expérience. Très beau concept, la décoration est sublime et là finition du dôme est à coupé le souffle. Nous avons été marché et rencontré le conjoint de Jo-Anne, Danny. Il est tout aussi accueillant. Il nous a raconté comment leurs projets à débuté. Nous qui sommes dans la construction, ça été un plaisir d’échanger nos projets. Nous avons aussi eu la chance de visiter l’église. De toute beauté. Emerveillé du travail qui a été fait avec minutie. Un autre projet est en cours que je peux pas dévoiler mais que nous aimerions bien essayer dans le futur. Merci à vous deux Jo-Anne et Danny.

What a perfect spot

This was our first experience with dome glamping. It didn’t disappoint. It was our Christmas gift to each other instead of more material stuff. These domes are located in a beautiful spot along the Restigouche River. Jo-Anne was a welcoming and informative host. The dome was equipped with everything we needed and more. Although there were guests in the other domes, it was very quiet and private. We got to experience a star lit night, a brilliant red sunrise, and then a blustery winter storm. We would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to relax and unwind.

The Most Beautiful Dome Stay Yet!

What an amazing place to stay, truly all I can say! I had no idea these domes were only an hour from where I live, and discovering them was such a wonderful surprise. From the moment we arrived, Jo-Anne made the experience even better. She met us at the gate and then at our dome to walk us through everything. It was so helpful and meant we didn’t have to wonder about how anything worked. Jo-Anne was incredibly kind and welcoming. Now, about the dome itself, I’ve stayed in a few before, but none compare to these. The wood accents inside were stunning and made the space feel so cozy and inviting. Every detail felt thoughtfully chosen, with beautiful touches throughout that really set it apart. The dome had everything we needed: a comfortable place to relax, a proper table and chairs to eat at, and a cozy seating area, something other domes I’ve stayed in often lacked. The location was just beautiful. Even with another dome nearby, it still felt completely private. The placement of the hot tub, BBQ, and lounge chairs was perfect and made the space feel like our own little retreat. One of my favourite parts was that the bed was positioned near the window, so while lying down, we could look up at the sky and stars, something I’ve never experienced before and absolutely loved. It was an overall amazing stay, completely stress-free and relaxing. I also really appreciated that you can book for just one night, unlike many other domes that require a two-night minimum. It makes it so much more accessible and perfect for a quick getaway. We’ll absolutely be coming back!

Old church - Un endroit à découvrir

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument incroyable ! L’endroit est un parfait mélange entre authenticité et modernité. La décoration est remplie de détails soigneusement pensés, et l’harmonie entre les objets d’époque et la technologie moderne est juste impressionnante. La cuisine est un vrai rêve : moderne, hyper fonctionnelle et équipée de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Et les armoires ? Un parfait mélange de luxe et de praticité, tout en respectant le cachet unique de l’église. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été émerveillées. Le soleil se couchait, projetant ses couleurs à travers les magnifiques vitraux… un vrai spectacle ! Un énorme coup de chapeau à l’équipe d’entretien : tout était d’une propreté impeccable, même à l’intérieur des décorations ! En explorant les lieux, nous avons pu apprécier tous les petits détails qui rendent cet endroit unique : les livres de musique à l’entrée, la vieille Bible, la machine à coudre, l’appareil photo vintage, les malles anciennes… et même une sacoche bien placée. Chef’s kiss ! Nous n’avons pas eu la chance de profiter pleinement de l’extérieur, mais on imagine déjà à quel point les lumières qui mènent au fire-pit doivent ajouter une touche magique. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter pour sa beauté et son ambiance unique. Un vrai coup de cœur !

A beautiful historical property! We had a surprise birthday celebration for my husband and it was the perfect venue. What wonderful family memories were made. Can’t lie, I did have a bit of a time to get him to actually pull in the church driveway. He thought we were going to a Country Fall Fair! Our children arrived beforehand and had the best time exploring the church. The work put into this building is nothing but amazing. So many special touches and pieces of history. The one downfall was I only booked one night! Highly recommend to anyone reading this review, make a reservation.

A Beautiful Home with Great Atmosphere

It’s clear so much work and care has been put into this property! Perfect for groups travelling together, it is a unique and wonderful home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need (except for microwave which we were warned about ahead of time by the hosts), the living spaces are open and comfortable, and there is so much to do around the house to keep your whole group entertained, with lots of boardgames, a pool table, and even some musical instruments! Our group had a fantastic time and hope to return someday in the future. Don’t miss out on this unique and peaceful getaway!
